I’m Konstantin von Brocke. I started Impetu Consulting because I believe small business owners deserve better.

I studied in Wisconsin, built my career working with US-based businesses across a wide range of industries, and understand the culture, pressures, and day-to-day realities of the owners I serve.
I’ve been doing this work since 2015 — building marketing systems, managing CRMs, running campaigns, leading teams, and helping business owners get out of the weeds and back in control of their growth.
Clients describe me as the person who makes it work: someone who brings calm to the chaos, shows up consistently, and takes genuine ownership of the results.
