Why HighLevel and not another CRM?
For most small businesses it replaces several tools at once: CRM, booking, forms, email and text marketing, reviews, payments and a website builder, all on one contact record. Follow-up runs on its own, and the team has everything on their phones. When another CRM fits a business better, I say so.
What does HighLevel cost?
There is the monthly subscription, usage for email, texts, calls and AI from a prepaid wallet, optional add-ons, and the time to build and run it. Usage is small for most small businesses. On a call I give you the numbers for your setup before anything is signed.
I already use HighLevel. Can you take it over?
Yes. I start with a review of what is there: what works stays, what is broken gets fixed, and what is missing gets built. Then you choose whether I set it right and hand it back, or keep running it for you.
Can you move my contacts over from my old system?
Yes. Contacts can be imported from a spreadsheet or your old system with every account. With the set-up-for-you option I move your contacts and history over myself and check that nothing is lost on the way.
Can my whole team use it?
Yes. Everyone who needs access gets their own login, and the mobile app has leads, messages and bookings on their phones. With the set-up options I also train your team, so HighLevel actually gets used.
Does it connect to my website and booking?
Yes. Website forms, booking, chat and payments can send everything straight into your HighLevel pipeline, so every enquiry lands in one place without anyone copying it by hand. Other tools you already use can be connected too.
What support do I get?
Support is included at every level, from a person who knows your setup, not a ticket queue. If you run the account yourself, you get a basic support plan; with the set-up and managed options, I am the one who built it.
